The 122nd meeting of the Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF) will start on March 15, 2025 as a face-to-face event under the title “IETF 122 Bangkok” in Bangkok (Thailand). Online participation is of course possible.

The upcoming IETF meeting will take place in Bangkok (Thailand) and can be followed both on site and online. As always, the “IETF Hackathon” and “IETF Codesprint” events accompanying the meeting will of course also take place in Bangkok on the weekend of March 15/16, 2025. Details can be found in the “Hackathon 122 Wiki”. You can also join online; there is also a mailing list for people who want to stay up to date. Training sessions and tutorials for newcomers will be held on Sunday afternoons as usual. The opportunity to apply for “Birds of a Feather” sessions (BOFs) ends on January 17, 2025 and the preliminary agenda of the meeting will be published on February 14, 2025.

IETF 122 Bangkok will take place from Saturday, March 15 to Friday, March 21, 2025 at the Bangkok Marriott Marquis Queen's Park, 199 Sukhumvit Alley 22, Khlong Tan, Khlong Toei, Bangkok 10110 (Thailand). You can also participate online. Super Early-Tickets can be purchased until January 27, 2025 at favorable conditions: the Week-Pass costs US$ 875,-, the One-Day-Pass US$ 470,-; students pay US$ 150,- and the Hackerton is free of charge as always.
