"Registred" Freename .TLD : a swiss anormality ?

The jurisprudence is clear. TLDs cannot be registrated, not in the USA and not in Germany. https://domain-recht.de/domain-recht/markenrecht/uspto-das-us-markenamt-gewaehrt-keinen-markenschutz-fuer-blockchain-top-level-domains-68677.html/. In these, for domaining, very important countries, Web3 has still not be colonized through Trademarks and Business aims like web2 has been. Through a restriction of domaining on Business and Trademarks , freename.io will lose customers who are more interested in other fields like information, communication, fiction, literature etc. On the other hand is it so easy to transmit WEB3 TLDs and SLDs that nobody need lawyer for this aim. Question: Is Switzerland already now less free than USA and Germany ?
