The value of a domain has moved the Internet and domain investors in particular ever since the World Wide Web came into existence. Over the years, valuation systems that automatically estimate the value of a domain have been developed time and again. Now there is a new system based on AI: the "Website Domain Valuation Expert" from Agent AI.

After entering the domain name, the valuation tool can estimate its value. The program is based on millions of domain transactions that have been collected over the years and which it feeds in via a proprietary and paid API. Shah has also incorporated his personal experience with domains gained over the course of more than 30 years.

To use the "Website Domain Valuation Expert", you first have to register at Agent AI with your e-mail and password - free of charge. After confirming your e-mail address, you can then start your query via a normal desktop Internet browser. The evaluation that takes place goes further than you might initially expect. Three lists appear below the final evaluation with price information, which go into details (evaluation factors) of the domain. Under "Raw Equity", for example, you will find information on "Annual Exact Match Searches", "Keyword Value", "Age", "History", "Feeling Evoked", "Technical SEO Health" and much more. The second area is "Market Budget", whose evaluation factors include "Market Brandability", "Competitor Analysis", "Ability to Extract Revenue for Commercial Use" and "Ease of Selling Domain in Current Market". Finally, the third area, "Perceived Value", provides a further nine evaluation factors, including "Cultural Relevance", "Crisis Resilience" and "Market Booming or in Bubble". All of these factors together provide a differentiated picture of a domain and help those who are able to read the information intelligently to assess whether they want to buy the domain and at what price.
